THE SCHOOL IN VENICE

The school is located in the centre of Venice, in a well-known Venetian square, Campo Santa Margherita. It is a meeting place for students and residents who go shopping in the beautiful shops of the area or take a break to chat and drink in the open-air cafés.

A historical building with a wide terrace on the campo hosts the school.

All the students have free access to two internet points, a self-access study room with video facilities where they can watch films from the video collection of the school and wi-fi Internet connection.

 ACCOMMODATION:

ACTIVITIES IN VENICE:

 - In the afternoon activities at school you can improve your language skills; there are grammar workshops, thematic lectures, and discussions on fillms or on literature, Italian songs. The programme is updated weekly in order to offer you a wide variety of choices. All activities are free. Only in some cases students pay for entrance tickets or transport.

 - Around the city. Different options: artistic itinerary, itinerary about the local handcraft, historic itineray and gastronomic itinerary.

 - Open air activities: trekking,  bicycle trips, play soccer, volleyball and more.

 - Visiting the surroundings.

ACTIVITIES IN TRIESTE:

 - Afternoon art, cultural, and gastronomic activities. For example: aperitivo at the Molo Audace, a guided tour of the town, visit to Miramare Castle, excursion to Rilke track and the Giant cave,afternoon at the beach, have something to eat, excursion by boat and day trip to the roman city Aquileia or to the Collio Vineyards.
